My VinFast vehicle broke down, who do I contact first?
When your VinFast vehicle breaks down, you have to book online through RepairWise (now Fixlane). Click the green button above to book an appointment. You will recieve an estimated date and time when you can bring the vehicle to our shop upon your appointment.
For emergencies. call your roadside assistance provider such as AAA.
What happens when I don't book through Fixlane?
If you don't book online through Fixlane and you drop off or tow your VinFast vehicle directly to our shop. We will report the vehicle manually using the VIN number and contact details through Fixlane booking system. A case will be created and Fixlane wil call you questions on the problems of your vehicle.
Will I get status updates of my VinFast vehicle while is at the shop?
Yes, you will get text updates on the progress about your vehicle while at the shop. As soon as completed, you will recieve a text when your VinFast vehicle is ready to be picked up. You may also recieve a phone call from a Fixlane representative.
Do you provide car rental services while my VinFast is being repaired?
We do not provide car rental service. If you don't have a backup vehicle. You will need to contact VinFast directly by phone about acquiring a car rental. You required to pay out of pocket but VinFast will reinburst your fees back when the vehicle is completed at our shop. VinFast will reimburse you within 2-3 months. Make sure to call VinFast first about the reinburstment process.
We can provide you a free ride to Hilltop Richmond Enterprise so you can pick up your car rental. Ask one of the office person for this request.
Who do I contact to get a car rental?
Call VinFast about acquiring a car rental first before calling a provider. They will provide you a reimbursement. As soon as you get an approval on the car rental reimbursement from VinFast. Call Enterprise Rent-A-Car located nearby to our shop located at Hilltop in Richmond, California.

My VinFast vehicle needs a software update, how long will it take?
Typically for VinFast software updates it should take 2-3 days to complete.
Will I recieve a repair order as soon as my VinFast is completed?
No, to obtain a repair order (RO) call FixLane our third party provider and they will provide you with that service record documentation.
