Position Overview:
Savy Auto Body & Auto Service is a trusted, locally owned collision repair shop known for delivering quality work, honest service, and fast turnaround times. We specialize in full auto body repairs, frame straightening, and paint services. As our shop continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Auto Body Specialist to join our skilled and hard-working team.
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Auto Body Specialist to handle all phases of collision repair — from minor dents to full panel replacements and frame work. The right candidate will have strong attention to detail, take pride in their workmanship, and work well in a fast-paced shop environment.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicles to assess damage and plan necessary repairs
- Remove and replace damaged body panels, bumpers, fenders, hoods, grilles, etc.
- Perform dent removal, metal finishing, sanding, and body filler work
- Straighten bent frames and unibody components using frame machines
- Grind, sand, and prep surfaces for painting
- Ensure repairs are done to factory specs and meet safety standards
- Work with estimators and painters to complete jobs efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and shop procedures
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in collision or auto body repair
- Proficient in using hand and power tools, welders, and frame machines
- Ability to perform structural and non-structural repairs
- Experience with frame pulling and measuring systems is a plus
- Preferred to have tools, valid driver’s license
- Detail-oriented and dependable with a strong work ethic
- I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus, but not required

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Diagnostic Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately diagnosing automotive issues, performing necessary repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics on vehicles using state-of-the-art tools and equipment.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and computer-related issues.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and analysis to determine repair needs.
- Accurately document findings, repair recommendations, and completed services.
- Perform repairs or adjustments based on diagnostic results.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers about vehicle issues and recommended solutions.
- Stay current with evolving automotive technology, diagnostic tools, and repair methods.
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and quality expectations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician, Diagnostic Technician, or equivalent role.
- ASE Certification(s) preferred (but not required if willing to obtain).
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including electrical, engine, transmission, suspension, and computer diagnostics.
- Proficient with diagnostic tools, scanners, and repair software.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service bulletins.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
